Drama therapy is a creative process to help children manage anxiety, form and maintain relationships with other children/adults, manage emotional and behaviour challenges, make new relationships, address emotional/relational impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, through stories, play, games, drama and movement.
Sessions will be in-person. All Covid-19 prevention measures will be in place. The group size will be limited. To participate, email us at parivarthanblr@gmail.com

Facilitator
Counsellor
Arjun Khera, M.A., is a Drama and Movement Therapist (United Kingdom route) and Counsellor (Mental Health) at Parivarthan Counselling, Training and Research Centre. Arjun is affiliated with the Indian Psychoanalytical Society, Kolkata and is currently training in adult psychoanalysis. Arjun identifies as queer. His work is trauma-informed, queer affirmative and takes a creative approach to mental health. Arjun also works in the disabilities space as a therapist and advisor.
