Amrita Kaur has a Post Graduate Degree in Human Resources from the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management Pune and Certifications in Counselling (BSIC) and couple and Family Counselling from Parivarthan.

She has over 18 years of experience as a Practitioner and Educationist in the field of Human Resources and Organization Behavior & Psychology.

Amrita follows the integrative approach to counselling and works with adolescents, adults and couples. She has also done emotional wellness programs for corporate executives and individual & group therapy under the EAP umbrella.

She believes that individuals need to be held and supported with unconditional positive regard in their journey towards emotional and mental well-being.
