Anjali Nair brings over 24+ years of experience as an HR business partner, OD consultant, mentor, and coach. She works across industries, ranging from Public sector organizations, the education sector, MNCs, Nationalised banks, Non-profit organizations, and start-ups. She is a Certified Coach and is a Corporate Director (Institute of Directors, IOD). She is also an IICA Certified Mediator (Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs) She partners with organizations to deliver projects that leverage her expertise in areas of leadership development, OD interventions, performance, and leadership coaching. She has extensive experience in designing and facilitating learning programs, and experiments with a compelling mix of learning methodologies to shape sustainable solutions. She believes in leveraging technology to build simple and scalable people processes. She has worked extensively with technology startups and continues to be passionate about this space. Besides being a Committee Member of Parivarthan, she is also a member of the Governing Board of the International Association of Coaching (www.certifiedcoach.org) since 2018 and has served as the President (2022-23) of IAC. IAC, with its diverse team of coaches worldwide, is a volunteer-led certification body passionate about serving the coaching community worldwide.
