Chinmayi Ramaiah is a psychoanalytically oriented therapist who works with individual adults and adolescents and is fluent in Kannada, English and Hindi. She is an alumnus of Ambedkar University, Delhi from where she has an MA in Psycho-social Clinical Studies and an MPhil in Development Practice.

Besides her work as a counsellor with Parivarthan, she is also part of the multi-sited research project Digital Intimacy: Young Women and Social Transformation in Asia, housed in Lingnan University, Hong Kong and she is also a part of an ongoing collaborative project on “Money and Psychoanalysis”
