Poornima Bhola is a psychotherapist, teacher, supervisor and researcher and is currently a Professor at, the Department of Clinical Psychology, National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (NIMHANS), Bangalore, India. As a therapist, she works with adults to foster emotional and relational growth. What she most enjoys is the process of training and supervision, and is currently the Coordinator of the psychotherapy training programme in the department. Poornima has conducted workshops on reflective practice, ethics, and youth mental health for counsellors and psychotherapists and on workplace mental health for several organisations. Her primary research interests include psychotherapy processes, training and development; youth mental health; social cognition and personality dimensions.
