Vivek Varma has an MBA and over 14 years of experience working in Human Resource Development and Behaviour Studies. In 2017 he started his training to become a counsellor with Parivarthan, and has since completed his Child and Adolescent Counselling and Couples and Family Certification from Parivarthan. Prior to working as the Director – Services, Vivek worked with Parivarthan as a Counsellor, Trainer and in the Outreach Services.
