Vivek Varma is the Director-Services at Parivarthan, where he has been associated for the past eight years. He brings a thoughtful blend of corporate experience, people-centred leadership, and counselling practice to his work.

Vivek completed his MBA in Human Resources and a Certificate in Human Behaviour and Organisational Development in 2003. He went on to build a 14-year career in corporate Human Resource Management, gaining deep experience in working with individuals, teams, and organisational systems.

After his corporate career, Vivek worked as a business consultant before beginning his counselling journey with Parivarthan in 2017. He has trained in Child and Adolescent Counselling, as well as Couples and Family Counselling, and has contributed to Parivarthan as a counsellor, trainer, and member of the Outreach Services team. In 2022, he took on the role of Director-Services, continuing to support Parivarthan’s mission with warmth, commitment, and professionalism.
